VistaVue Aerials – Service Disclaimer

While VistaVue Aerials utilizes professional drone-based aerial imaging and photogrammetry to capture high-precision data, all imagery, models, and reports provided are intended for visual reference and progress monitoring only, and do not constitute survey-grade measurements. Projects requiring certified positional accuracy must be completed under the supervision of a licensed land surveyor or survey engineer.

VistaVue Aerials can collaborate with licensed surveyors to enhance project outcomes, and upon request, we can incorporate Ground Control Points (GCPs) or other georeferencing methods to tighten relative accuracy. This service may involve additional costs and project-specific planning.

VistaVue Aerials does not interpret, certify, or overlay property boundaries, whether developed or undeveloped. This applies to our operations and to all other non-licensed drone service providers under Canadian law.
Our aerial data and 3D reconstructions are designed for documentation, visualization, and comparative progress analysis — not for boundary delineation, title disputes, or legal surveys.

All operations by VistaVue Aerials are conducted in full compliance with Transport Canada regulations governing Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS).
Our pilots are Transport Canada-certified, and we secure all required flight authorizations and airspace permits prior to each mission. While this ensures operational safety and quality, it may limit the type or location of projects we can accept.

Custom deliverables, analytics, and reports can be provided on request to meet specific client objectives, within the bounds of applicable Canadian aviation and data-handling regulations.
